Phillip Di Palo
Growing up with his sister as inspiration and a love for fashion and Madonna, it was clear that Phillip would find himself somewhere within the creative industries. He joined the hair industry in 1998 and since then it has been his life’s passion.
In 2004, Phillip took his enthusiasm to London to further his career and creative abilities; there he had the opportunity to work with Charles Worthington as part of their Artistic Team. During this time, Phillip was part of the hair styling team for Fashion Week, working with designers such as Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. Returning to Adelaide Phillip joined Colour Cosmetica and started working closely with the Creative Team, becoming heavily involved in educating the students at the school.
In 2011, Phillip and his sister Rosemary, started their own business, Boy Toy Hair (now DiPALO HAIR), a busy salon that continues to grow. Philip has instilled a culture of commitment to learning, growth and passion into his team and works each day to reinvent and reinvigorate this exciting industry. He and his team are dedicated to creating glamour and confidence with their loyal and growing group of clients.
With a dedication to enhancing his business, Phillip is committed to improving and developing his staff within a vibrant and expanding salon. Specializing in clean colour, colour correction and adroit styling through a precise and perfectionist attention to detail, Phillip will leave you with luscious, healthy and natural looking locks.
